Dennis Dorsey brings more than four decades of maritime and diving experience, together with a 25-year law-enforcement investigative career. His background includes forensic investigation, evidence recovery, vessel operations, historical research, and technical diving.
Over 18 years, he applied that experience to the Royal Tar, combining archival sources, witness accounts, vessel and route reconstruction, field investigation, and underwater research to test long-repeated claims against the surviving evidence.
